Load Level Pro Warranty

Load Level Pro is built to do real work, not sit on a spec sheet. We stand behind it.

Every Load Level Pro system comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Load Level Pro warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date you receive it.

Parts: if a part fails from a manufacturing or material defect during those three years, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion.

Labour: in the first year, we also cover the labour to fix it. After the first year, parts are still covered and labour is the owner's cost.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper loading
Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or off-road use beyond intended design
Improper installation or modification of the product
Use outside recommended weight limits or vehicle compatibility
Cosmetic issues that do not affect function
Routine maintenance items
Moisture damage in the air system below 32°F (0°C) on units without the Cold Weather Package

Load Level Pro is designed to handle real loads, but it still needs to be used within its intended limits.

Load Level Pro does not require professional installation, but it must be installed and used according to our guidelines.

Damage caused by improper setup, incorrect vehicle compatibility, or operating outside recommended parameters is not covered under warranty.

Routine maintenance is minimal. Basic care, such as periodic inspection and lubrication where applicable, is the responsibility of the owner.

Failure to perform basic maintenance may affect warranty coverage.

If your Load Level Pro is equipped with the optional hitch receiver, towing is supported up to the rated capacity of that configuration.

Damage caused by towing beyond rated limits or improper trailer setup is not covered.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product or affected components, and to labour in the first year as described above.

Load Level Pro is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, loss of use, or downtime.

Some regions do not allow certain limitations, so your rights may vary depending on where you live.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by province, state, or jurisdiction.
