Load Level Pro is built to do real work, not sit on a spec sheet. We stand behind it.
Every Load Level Pro system comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Load Level Pro warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
If something fails due to a manufacturing or material defect during that time, we’ll repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
Load Level Pro is designed to handle real loads, but it still needs to be used within its intended limits.
Load Level Pro does not require professional installation, but it must be installed and used according to our guidelines.
Damage caused by improper setup, incorrect vehicle compatibility, or operating outside recommended parameters is not covered under warranty.
Routine maintenance is minimal. Basic care, such as periodic inspection and lubrication where applicable, is the responsibility of the owner.
Failure to perform basic maintenance may affect warranty coverage.
If your Load Level Pro is equipped with the optional hitch receiver, towing is supported up to the rated capacity of that configuration.
Damage caused by towing beyond rated limits or improper trailer setup is not covered.
